About The NY Rangers Sled Team
The New York Rangers Sled Hockey team
Is a competitive-level group sponsored by the Wheelchair Sports Federation (a 501c3 not for profitt organization), is composed of adults with varying abilities. Our team unites people with spinal cord injuries, amputations, spina bida, and other physical disabilities, as well as able-bodied individuals, to play an adapted version of ice hockey. Our players come from NYC, Westchester and Rockland Counties, New Jersey, and Long Island, and play in the highly competitive Northeast Sled Hockey League.
